1. What happens after I join?

Answer: You will gain access to the Content Vault within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a membership intake form via email as well.

2. When are the Masterclasses?

Answer: The Masterclasses are on the 1st Monday of each month at 12pm CST/1pm EST. Please plan ahead to be there in the Zoom room. An email for the access link will be sent out the week before it begins.

3. What if I can’t attend the live sessions?

Answer: No worries! All the training sessions will be recorded and made available in the replay portal. You can watch them at your convenience and still participate in the weekly tasks.

4. Is there a refund policy?

Answer: Because of your commitment and access to the Content Vault, there are no refunds after purchase.

5. What if I need to cancel my membership?

Answer: After 30 days of being in the monthly paid membership, you can cancel anytime with a 30-Day notice. (Note: Pay-in-Full membership is nonrefundable after purchase. One-on-One Premium Coaching + Membership is a commitment to the monthly payment of $600 for 3 months with no refunds after purchase.)
